Scaling health-data capture through better strategy and usability

I redesigned the tool used by medical experts and strength trainers to log patient progress, meeting the business's need for structured data capture without cognitively overloading an already-stretched care team.
With this, I also laid the foundation to migrate 'patient-care' from a WhatsApp-based system towards an app-first model with GMeet and calendar integration.
I restructured the feature hierarchy around real-world workflows, and simplified form-filling to reduce time-to-log, and layered in usability cues. Adoption rose from under 40% to 95%.
