Designing a service blueprint to improve patient adherence through behaviour change
2020 · Service Design · Healthcare
As my thesis project, I worked on a business challenge to increase patient adherence to a medical product that saw frequent patient drop offs due to behavioural and service related challenges.
I worked with the Design Research and Business Strategy teams to conduct user research, conduct analysis based on behaviour-change models and build a detailed service blueprint addressing digital and physical touchpoints through the patient journey (in-clinic, in-package, in-app).
The concept was approved for further refinement and running as a pilot by the business team.

3 concepts went forward to be detailed out into behaviour change initiatives. The solutions cannot be currently revealed or detailed out publicly yet.
This is the final patient journey map/service blueprint w.r.t. points of intervention of the 3 concepts and their correlating factors [details deliberately blurred].
