Building a health product from 0→1 amid business uncertainty

I joined as founding designer and inherited a V0 app with no defined use cases and a 60% onboarding drop-off.
Working directly with the founder, I redefined what the app was for, first as a post-enrollment care tool, then as a free-challenge path from engagement to conversion, and redesigned the UX and strategy at each stage.
The work moved from just designing screens, to actually deciding what we built, why, and how the service had to work to aid the business.
